As an accredited Insurance Advisor, you will support existing referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. You will assess life events, recommend insurance and wealth products, and deepen relationships through compliant digital tools. This full-time Field Sales role requires prospecting, networking, and sales accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Discover client needs and provide comprehensive insurance advice
Recommend Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products
Develop relationships using Salesforce and electronic forms
Build external networks through referrals and market opportunities




Review results and adjust activities toward established targets
Requirements: Post-secondary degree or equivalent
Life/A&S; License through HLLQP/LLQP, or willingness to complete
Business development, prospecting, and qualified sales experience
Strong client relationship and digital literacy skills
Existing referral network and entrepreneurial mindset
Bring insurance planning, prospecting, and relationship-building skills to RBC Insurance’s Field Sales team in St. John’s.
