As a Driver, you will operate the residence vehicle for appointments, errands, outings, and special events. You will assist passengers, including wheelchair users, while maintaining a clean, protected, and efficient bus. The position also requires professional communication and readiness for changing travel conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Transport residents, staff, and volunteers to scheduled activities
Assist passengers on and off the bus securely
Chaperone residents during outings when required
Complete vehicle maintenance and safety checks
Keep the bus clean inside and outside
Requirements: Secondary school education or equivalent
Previous driving experience and required license or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Clear driving record and flexible hours availability
Ability to assist passengers physically and respond to emergencies
Use your driving, communication, and passenger-support skills to create safe, comfortable Chartwell transportation experiences.
