Key Responsibilities: Complete maintenance requests and repairs across the Village
Perform scheduled plumbing, painting, and floor repair work
Maintain electrical and heating or cooling systems
Deliver resident-centered maintenance services with professionalism




Handle supplies, equipment, and personal items respectfully
Requirements: Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
Understanding of maintenance work’s physical expectations
Respect for residents’ rights, dignity, and requests
Awareness of infection control, WHMIS, and safety procedures
Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Check and tuberculosis screening required
