Halton Healthcare is seeking a Child and Youth Worker (CYW) to support inpatient paediatric care across designated units at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. The role requires flexibility to work across sites and participate in treatment planning with the care team.
You will support youth with eating disorders and mental health goals, collaborating with paediatricians, psychiatrists, social workers and nurses.
