The Beverage Technologist supports Product Development across Mark Anthony Group’s wine, RTD, and spirits portfolio. You will prepare formulas and specifications, evaluate samples, and support testing for products associated with Mike’s Hard Lemonade and White Claw. The role suits a Food Science, Food Nutrition, Chemistry, or related graduate pursuing product and flavor development.
Key Responsibilities: Manage samples, preparation, shipping documents, and status communication
Prepare lab formulas, ETQ formulas, and product specifications
Support QA and Operations during first or pilot runs
Conduct sensory evaluations and coordinate taste panels




Review shelf-life extensions and alternative ingredients
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field
Beverage experience preferred, with product development knowledge preferred
Understanding of formulation, sensory evaluation, and testing preferred
Robust attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
