This ITSM Governance Specialist supports centralized requests, governance registers, and compliance activities across ITSM and technology teams. The role coordinates evidence, findings, remediation, and leadership updates while reinforcing accountability. You will assess processes, track controls, and improve governance discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate audit, control testing, regulatory, and remediation requests
Maintain registers for actions, risks, decisions, owners, and dependencies
Track evidence, Management Action Plans, controls, and follow-ups




Assess ITSM processes and identify control effectiveness improvements
Develop dashboards for governance, risk, compliance, and service performance
Requirements: Three to five years in ITSM, governance, audit, or compliance
Familiarity with ITIL practices and core ITSM processes
Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, reporting, and governance
Intermediate Excel skills with formulas, pivots, charts, and trackers
