This Class 1 Operator role supports water, waste, fuel, vacuum, and flat bed hauling services. Operators handle several unit types, complete required documentation, and follow dispatch instructions. The position suits physically fit candidates with industrial experience, solid communication skills, and a safety-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities: Operate water, sewer, vacuum, and Hydro-Vac units safely
Complete logbooks, work orders, inspections, and risk assessments
Follow instructions from Dispatch or the Supervisor
Attend toolbox and safety meetings as scheduled
Maintain assigned trucks, tools, and equipment
Requirements: Valid Class 1 license with clean driver’s abstract
Minimum three years operating Class 1 or 3 equipment
Experience with up to 18-speed manual equipment
OSSA, BSO or CSO and CSTS certification
Ability to pass required evaluations and screenings
Bring Class 1 driving, industrial equipment experience, documentation skills, and safety awareness to Birch Mountain Enterprises in Fort McKay.
