Location: Mississauga Salary: Up to $62K (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities Open, organize, and maintain client files
Manage calendars, including court dates, deadlines, and appointments
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel regarding case updates and documentation requests




Draft and prepare legal correspondence and documents
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and documentation
File legal documents with the court and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
Schedule examinations for discovery, mediations, and other litigation events
Track file progress and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications 5+ years experience in insurance defence within a law firm environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced workplace
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
Knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation
Familiarity with insurance processes
Experience handling legal documentation
Understanding of litigation timelines and deadlines
