This Sales Associate supports Wholesalers and the Sales Team within Dynamic Funds, a Scotiabank subsidiary. You will coordinate with Compliance, Legal, vendors, and internal partners. The work includes accounting, data entry, organization, analysis, and PC proficiency while maintaining sales policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Complete Wholesaler expense reports and initiate approval workflows
Analyze receipts, invoices, G/L codes, and cost centers
Verify spending limits under Agile Sales Policies and Procedures
Solicit vendor contracts and manage contract strategies




Coordinate activities with Compliance, Legal, and internal partners
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum one year within the Financial Services Industry
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong organization
Accounting, data entry, general math, and PC proficiency
French and sufficient English for regular collaboration
