This full-time Assistant Service Manager oversees the Service Consultant team and supports daily operations. The position covers selling, follow-up, customer retention, technician productivity, and continuous improvement. Strong communication, organization, vehicle repair knowledge, and people management skills are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Oversee the Service Consultant team
Support selling, follow-up, and customer retention
Ensure technician productivity goals are met
Support continuous improvement goals for technicians
Requirements: Minimum two years of preferred Service Consultant experience
Solid technical knowledge of vehicle repairs
Proven leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Valid license, clean record, transportation, and required checks
Bring automotive service experience, customer care, leadership, and organization to Birchwood Infiniti Nissan’s service department.
