Support HR investigations and documentation as an HR Assistant with LMSCL, working full-time in person across its Greater Vancouver operations.
This one-year contract covers maternity leave within LMSCL’s Human Resources department. You will coordinate meetings, maintain Payworks records, communicate with management, and support structured HR processes. The work includes investigations, WorkSafe BC matters, performance evaluations, and immigration documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule HR Manager meetings and coordinate daily administrative tasks
Receive investigation reports and invite involved parties
Moderate investigation meetings and summarize discussions
Prepare initial investigation outcome and discipline drafts




Coordinate Health and Safety committee injury meetings
Requirements: College diploma or higher
Two years administrative experience in confidential client service environments
One year Canadian HR assistant experience required
Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
English fluency and Microsoft Office proficiency
Bring discretion, investigation coordination, and accurate documentation skills to LMSCL’s full-time Human Resources Assistant contract.
