Drive adidas store performance in Cookstown through advanced selling, customer connection, and operational excellence while leading assigned retail priorities.
As Retail Lead, you will support sales and profit targets while inspiring consumer loyalty and living adidas Brand Values. You will coordinate resources, product replenishment, visual standards, and loss prevention across your area. The role also includes coaching associates, handling complex service situations, and supporting store operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, you will assume manager on duty responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures. Your priority pillar may focus on Selling and Service, People, Operations, or Visual Excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate resources and processes to improve efficiency and productivity




Replenish products from stockroom to sales floor
Monitor loss prevention activities and reduce loss
Provide feedback and motivate team members
Assume manager on duty responsibilities when required
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree
At least 12 months of retail experience
Advanced selling experience and product knowledge
Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
Must be 18 years or older
