This Selector II role requires increased efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility when handling complex customer orders. You will use pick sheets, voice-directed picking systems, electric pallet jacks, and order pickers. The position supports inventory accuracy, safe operations, organized staging, and warehouse teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Select products using pick sheets and fulfillment technologies
Verify quantities, quality, and product codes carefully
Stage orders for timely, organized truck loading
Report inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts
Operate equipment safely and support selector training
Requirements: Two or more years of experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds frequently
Solid order selection accuracy and attention to detail
Forklift certification and voice-directed training preferred
Bring warehouse order selection, equipment operation, inventory accuracy, and safety awareness to the Selector II position.
