As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will process transactions, understand needs, recommend suitable solutions, and address concerns using established procedures. The work also includes promoting banking solutions, completing business processes accurately, and supporting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities




Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Connect personally with customers about banking processes
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate, and detail-oriented communication
