As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop analytical solutions across business systems. The work includes dashboards, reports, data models, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality. You will translate stakeholder requirements into reliable analytics while supporting governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs
Develop scalable data models for reporting requirements
Create and document ETL/ELT integration processes
Investigate reporting, data, and performance issues
Train users on business intelligence tools and reports
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related analytical or technical field
Two to four years developing business intelligence solutions
Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
English and French written and verbal communication skills
Apply analytical thinking, SQL, data modeling, and visualization expertise to advance CAE's Civil Products business intelligence capabilities.
