Lead event operations at SixtyEight in downtown Toronto, using floor management and hospitality leadership across private dining functions.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Manager oversees venue operations, including staffing, cost controls, training, budgeting, and event execution. The position supports guest relationships, technical service standards, beverage controls, and continuous staff improvement. It also coordinates event teams and venue requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day venue operations during events
Schedule event staff for functions
Conduct service briefings before each event
Track sales, invoicing, inventory, and payroll records
Maintain facility standards and safety procedures
Requirements: Two to three years managing wide-ranging events
Business or Hospitality diploma or degree
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Bring event leadership, staff development, and operational control to SixtyEight’s private dining venue in downtown Toronto.
