SE Health is hiring full-time and part time PSWs for day or evening community care shifts. Accepted qualifications include a PSW certificate, RN or RPN credentials, completed nursing clinical placements, Developmental Support Worker Diploma, or foreign-trained nursing experience. Deliver care while working within stated scheduling and mobility requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal support care during community shifts
Travel between clients in Port Perry and Uxbridge
Deliver care while maintaining client-focused service
Work day or evening shifts and alternate weekends
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or accepted healthcare qualification
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for daily work
Current vulnerable sector check
Standard CPR level C and First Aid certificates
Immunization requirements and physical ability to lift approximately fifty-five pounds
