Drive inside sales for Reliance Home Comfort using customer service and CRM skills while supporting customers through incoming calls.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will exceed sales expectations and provide qualified service to internal and external customers. You will recommend appropriate solutions, build product knowledge, and support sales performance. The work includes Reliance’s Commercial value proposition, HVAC services, and service protection plans.
Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls and resolve customer requests
Provide solutions that support customer needs and sales
Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Maintain expert knowledge of products and services
Resolve complaints within company guidelines
Requirements: Minimum three years of inside sales or business-to-business experience
HVAC and service protection plan knowledge is an asset
Superior problem-solving and analytical abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills
