This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment in remote, challenging environments on a rotational schedule. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, outdoor settings.

What You’ll Need Previous experience operating Loader, Dozer, Excavator, and Graders in road building, mining, or industrial settings
Experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
Strong safety awareness and ability to incorporate HS&E; concepts
Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
Experience with radio communications and protocols
