As a Wealth Management Advisor at Desjardins, you will understand financial needs, recommend suitable solutions, and support members’ and clients’ goals. You will balance satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. Interpersonal savvy and financial services knowledge are central to this work.
Key Responsibilities: Advise members and clients on appropriate financial strategies
Identify expected results with members and clients
Manage relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality
Monitor industry developments, market trends,



and best practices
Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Use financial expertise, relationship management, and investment knowledge to serve Desjardins members and clients responsibly.
