Coordinate Long & McQuade’s Music Lesson Centre in Calgary East using scheduling, customer service, and music education knowledge. This is a full-time permanent position.
As Lessons Coordinator, you will manage and administer centre operations while working with the Director of Music Education. The position includes teacher coordination, student registration, account management, and studio administration. You will apply Lesson Centre policies and procedures consistently.
Key Responsibilities: Interview, select, orient, train, and supervise lesson teachers
Coordinate teacher and room schedules across the centre
Register students and enforce attendance and payment policies
Resolve student and parent problems and complaints
Schedule bi-annual student recitals and group programs
Requirements: Three years of instrumental music studies minimum
Solid knowledge of music education
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven sales and customer service skills
Ability to manage people and customer accounts
Bring music education knowledge, organized scheduling, and customer service skills to Long & McQuade’s Calgary East lesson centre.
