As Project Coordinator, you will oversee orders across the complete lifecycle, from quote through delivery, within ABB Canada’s Electrification, Installation Products division. The position emphasizes quote quality, order tracking, performance metrics, and accurate reporting. You will analyze data, communicate findings, and support operational excellence without performing order entry.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor custom product orders from quotation through final delivery
Review specifications, pricing, terms, and quote compliance
Generate order status reports and performance dashboards
Identify delays, bottlenecks,



and root causes
Prepare weekly and monthly executive summaries
Requirements: Minimum two years in order management or business analysis
High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual French-English communication skills
Robust analytical, reporting, and communication abilities
Excel and Power BI proficiency preferred
Support ABB order visibility through quote oversight, data analysis, reporting, and accurate lifecycle monitoring in Montreal Nord.
