At IEM, this first-line people leader oversees a defined value stream and reports to the Operations Manager. You will manage Team Leads and Operators while maintaining flow, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality output aligned with KPIs. The work includes coordination across Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily production execution against safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators
Track output, defects, rework, attendance,



and downtime metrics
Coordinate work-center readiness with cross-functional teams
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Requirements: Coaching and performance management skills
Root cause analysis knowledge, including 5 Whys and fishbone
Understanding of Lean, 5S, and visual factory principles
Conflict resolution and feedback skills
Ability to prioritize in production environments
Apply production leadership, KPI management, coaching, and root cause analysis to IEM’s Surrey operations.
