Provide acute inpatient nursing care at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, using assessment, care planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
As a Registered Nurse with Fraser Health, you will deliver person-centered care in accordance with BCCNM standards. You will assess patients, plan interventions, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with families and interprofessional professionals. The position supports comprehensive care and discharge planning for acute inpatient patients.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients using observation, communication, data review, and physical assessment
Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing interventions and care
Coordinate care, prioritize work, and delegate tasks
Document assessments, interventions, outcomes,



and referrals
Teach patients and families about health maintenance and self-care
Requirements: Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Ability to complete ongoing clinical patient assessments
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and care teams
Physical ability to perform position duties
Bring acute care assessment, clinical reasoning, and cooperative nursing skills to patients at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge.
