This permanent Accounts Payable Specialist role reports to a senior European accounting qualified. You will support invoice processing, supplier payments, vendor reconciliations, and monthly close activities. The position offers exposure to stakeholders and business areas across Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, onboard, and maintain vendor records
Process invoices using accurate general ledger coding
Prepare weekly payment runs through banking systems
Reconcile vendor accounts and general ledger balances




Prepare aged accounts payable reports and investigate balances
Requirements: At least three years in accounts payable or purchase ledger
Hands-on experience with invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations
Understanding of accounting procedures and general ledger processes
Confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
