Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a dedicated team of Credit Analysts
Provide onboarding and training to ensure excellent service
Monitor customer interactions, track results,

Perform financial analysis and oversee Credit team projects
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Three-plus years in Credit or Collections leadership
Call-centre or queue-driven B2B experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
Robust communication, time management, and organizational skills
