The Mining Supervisor reports to the Shaft Area Project Manager through March 31, 2027. The assignment involves project planning, constructability reviews, budget tracking, and contractor coordination. It also supports scope development, cost estimating, change management, and issue resolution during project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor contractor performance against project objectives
Coordinate activities, resources, schedules, and execution
Track budgets and schedules, identifying project variances
Support constructability reviews and continuous improvement initiatives




Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, standards, and requirements
Requirements: Availability for a site-based seven-on, seven-off rotation
Availability for 12-hour shifts at the Gold's site
Ability to support project planning and execution
Ability to address design and construction issues
Commitment to established safety policies and procedures
