Lead financial planning and management reporting for a Financial Services client across the Americas, using advanced Excel and Essbase expertise. As Head of Planning and Management Control, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reliable reporting. You will guide a geographically distributed team while coordinating Finance activities across business lines and support functions. Your work supports Head Office, local management, and regional decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate monthly closing meetings and P&L; forecasts Lead annual budgeting across the Americas region Prepare management dashboards and performance analyses Monitor expenses, allocations, recharges, and billing Lead and develop nine finance professionals Requirements:

10-15 years of relevant qualified experience Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Expertise in Essbase and accounting standards Proven leadership across multiple locations Bring financial analysis, reporting leadership, and transformation experience to strengthen planning and control across the Americas region.
