This experienced Technical Lead manages day-to-day delivery for an integration workstream. You will translate Solution Architect designs into implementations using Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, and up-to-date Java practices. The work includes direct people management and alignment with enterprise engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery for the integration development pod
Allocate tasks, balance workloads, mentor developers, and provide feedback
Translate architecture designs into tasks and coding standards
Implement backend APIs and orchestration services




Lead Kafka event publishing, consumption, and system synchronization
Requirements: 10+ years of backend development experience
4+ years leading and managing developers technically
Hands-on Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x experience
Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and OAuth2/OIDC
Experience leading distributed teams through complete delivery cycles
