Lead project delivery with JIRA, Confluence, and organizational change management skills at TD Securities in Toronto, Ontario. This position is full time.
As Project Delivery Manager, you will deliver key projects across the TDS Data, Delivery, and Integration team. You will plan, manage, and deploy initiatives aligned with business strategies. The work includes leadership, direction, coaching, and partnership with business and executive stakeholders across Lines of Business.
Key Responsibilities: Align plans, timelines, expectations, and deliverables with stakeholders
Build consensus through negotiation and influencing skills
Resolve and escalate project issues and risks
Manage resources, financials, and benefits realization
Deliver initiatives through planning, execution, control, and closure
Requirements: Five to seven years in Data, Delivery, and Integration
Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Scrum Master Certified
University degree or equivalent
Experience in large complex or matrix organizations
Bring project governance, stakeholder leadership, and change management expertise to TD Securities delivery initiatives in Toronto.
