EllisDon seeks a Project Manager for Institutional or Commercial construction. You will coordinate design, scopes, contracts, cost reporting, schedules, and client communication. The position also involves mentoring teams, leading meetings, and escalating project risks to management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage construction from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate design, budgets, schedules, and construction activities
Prepare tender packages and trade subcontracts
Monitor cost reports, forecasts, and project cash flow




Lead meetings and submit project progress reports
Requirements: Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent technical training
Five years of construction experience or equivalent experience
Institutional or Commercial Project Manager experience
Knowledge of scheduling and project management software
Ability to mentor teams and maintain client relations
