As Head of Engineering, ML, you will lead three engineering managers across Computational Design, Applied ML, and ML Infrastructure and Operations. You will shape technical direction, production practices, and organizational design across the discipline. The role partners with Architecture, Research, Product, and Software Engineering leaders to move research into reliable product capabilities at scale.
Key Responsibilities: Define ML engineering standards for design, testing, deployment, and operations
Lead managers across computational design, applied ML, and infrastructure
Establish shared architectures and reusable engineering components
Align priorities, staffing,



and capacity across the ML organization
Build a high-trust culture developing technical leaders
Requirements: Eight-plus years of software or ML engineering experience
Four-plus years managing engineering teams or managers
Production ML systems experience across training and monitoring
Experience setting standards across multiple engineering teams
Computer Science, Machine Learning degree, or equivalent experience
Shape Forma Generative AI engineering through ML strategy, production infrastructure, technical leadership, and cross-functional influence.
