As a Senior Navigation Specialist, you will advise simulation-based activities involving navigation, bridge operations, and ship handling. You will translate maritime operations into credible scenarios, inputs, constraints, and performance measures. The position supports studies, trials, client activities, and operationally realistic outcomes across wide-ranging waters.
Key Responsibilities: Advise navigation and ship handling simulation scenario development
Perform qualified Bridge Watchkeeper duties during simulations
Operate ECDIS, Radar/ARPA, AIS, GPS, and bridge systems
Analyze simulation results and prepare technical reports




Train team members on practical navigation considerations
Requirements: Ten years’ practical ship handling or maritime navigation experience
Valid STCW-compliant Bridge Watchkeeper Certificate of Competency
Extensive electronic navigation systems experience
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills
Bridge simulator or maritime modelling experience is desirable
