As Operations Team Lead – Real Estate, you will oversee portfolio operations and guide analysts or coordinators. The position connects Facilities, Finance, Projects, Workplace, Real Estate teams, and vendors. Your work supports operational excellence, cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and service alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead analysts or coordinators through performance, accountability, and development
Oversee daily activities across the corporate real estate portfolio
Analyze occupancy costs, utilization, service levels, and vendor performance
Maintain accurate operational reports, dashboards, and portfolio data




Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Five or more years in operations, coordination, or service delivery
Two or more years leading projects or initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Bring operational oversight, team leadership, portfolio analysis, and stakeholder coordination to Turner & Townsend’s real estate function.
