BGO seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager for four residential properties throughout the Burlington, Hamilton, and Kitchener areas. The manager supervises Maintenance Technicians, coordinates contractors, manages budgets, and maintains operational standards. This position supports preventive maintenance, emergency response, compliance, suite turnovers, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency property maintenance
Supervise technicians and coordinate workloads across four properties
Resolve complex technical issues and maintain service records
Manage contractors, invoices, inventory, and maintenance expenditures




Ensure suite turnovers meet rent-ready standards on schedule
Requirements: Experience supervising residential maintenance staff across multiple properties
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency response
Experience coordinating contractors and managing approved operating budgets
Relevant technical education, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience
Apply residential maintenance leadership, technical judgment, and safety knowledge while supporting BGO properties and residents across three Ontario areas.
