As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multifunctional teams delivering consulting, design, development, training, and support solutions. You will work with strategists, developers, architects, product managers, designers, and client representatives. The role covers discovery, execution, budgets, schedules, risks, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple complex projects concurrently
Define project direction, requirements, schedules, and detailed plans
Manage budgets, costs, profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization
Oversee presales responses, estimates,



and chance management
Guide delivery teams and improve project processes
Requirements: 10+ years of project management experience
Digital agency, professional services, or consulting background
Experience managing client teams and budgets exceeding $1M
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
