Air Inuit Ltd. in Montreal, QC seeks a Lead Crew Planning Specialist to lead the Crew Planning team, ensuring schedules meet CARs, collective agreements, and operational timelines. You will train, coach, and mentor agents while improving processes and system usage.
You will coordinate charter, rotations, SIM travel, and bi-annual bidding, validate schedules, support payroll submissions, and maintain Synerion. Fluency in English and French is required; seniority within crew planning is valued.
