Key Responsibilities: Set a three-year architecture across Reporting & Insights
Define target states across reporting and Xero Analytics
Lead foundations supporting approximately 150 reports
Design secure, explainable AI access to financial data




Align teams across regions behind one technical direction
Requirements: Technical strategy experience spanning two to three years
Leadership across large, high-traffic, correctness-critical systems
Depth in distributed systems and data-heavy architecture
Understanding of LLMs and agents in system design
Experience mentoring Lead and Senior Engineers
