Lead municipal civil design with advanced MicroStation and OpenRoads expertise at CIMA+, working hybrid two days weekly from selected Ontario offices.
As a Senior Civil Designer, you will deliver complex municipal infrastructure designs from concept through construction support. You will guide engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams while preparing accurate drawings, site plans, and 3D models. Your work will support water, wastewater, and linear infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead civil design and drafting for municipal infrastructure projects
Prepare detailed drawings, site plans, and 3D models
Coordinate design solutions with multidisciplinary project teams
Review submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings




Mentor junior designers and technologists through technical guidance
Requirements: Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology
Minimum 10 years of progressive municipal civil design experience
Expert proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads
Solid experience in water, wastewater, and linear infrastructure
Knowledge of municipal standards, codes, and best practices
Apply senior civil design leadership, constructability expertise, and advanced MicroStation skills across CIMA+ municipal infrastructure projects.
