As a Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations for a major hydroelectric power plant refurbishment project. You will lead field teams and ensure successful project execution while meeting schedule, budget, HSE and quality requirements.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all site construction activities.
Supervise 12-15 management and supervisory staff and 20-30 field workers.
Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, HSE requirements and quality standards.
Plan construction activities, establish priorities and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide hands-on leadership and ensure productive site operations.
Conditions La Tuque project
Current schedule: 5 days/week, 10 hours/day
Approximately CAD $185/day living allowance or accommodation provided, subject to applicable arrangements.
