Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Kingston
Hourly Rate: $1 9.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the move-out process of student residents, including packing, loading, and unloading belongings.
- Perform heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, and other items as needed.
- Utilize skills in drywall work, including mudding, sanding, and minor repairs as required.
- Conduct general cleanup of vacated units, including removal of garbage, debris, and old furniture.
- Assist in preparing units for current tenants by ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.




- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.

Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more.
- Experience with drywall work, including mudding, sanding, and minor repairs, is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks to high standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
