Join our commercial exteriors team working on flat roof systems, building envelope repairs, sheet metal exteriors, and complete exterior renovations. Reporting to a roofing foreman and working under a crew lead, you will perform recent installations, repairs, maintenance, and mixed roofing and exterior work across commercial job sites. This role includes frequent multi-state travel, northern work opportunities, travel allowances, and northern pay, with opportunities to advance to Lead Roofer, Roofing Foreman, supervisor, or lead hand.

Responsibilities

- Install and repair commercial flat roof systems.
- Apply waterproofing and roofing membranes.
- Install and repair flashing and sheet metal exteriors.
- Perform seam welding and membrane application.
- Remove existing roofing systems as required.




- Support building envelope repairs and complete exterior renovations.
- Follow fall protection and other job-site safety requirements.
- Maintain quality control and clean work areas upon completion.

Preferred Qualifications

- All experience levels are welcome.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with EPDM roofing, TPO roofing, or modified bitumen.
- Familiarity with roofing tools and fall protection.
- Commitment to quality control and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel frequently between multi-state commercial job sites.
