Key Responsibilities: Coach and guide the talent acquisition team
Build sustained pipelines with education and industry partners

Analyze talent data and recommend strategic actions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
Five years of progressive human resources experience
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and accessible hiring practices
Experience coaching teams and influencing senior leaders
Experience using recruitment technology, analytics, and digital tools
Guide strategic recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipelines that help eHealth Saskatchewan strengthen digital health services.
