Lead national account strategy at Sun Life Global Investments using relationship management and strategic sales planning in a hybrid work model. Drive retail growth across key dealer firms.
Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, the Director executes holistic strategies across retail channels. The work spans mutual funds, segregated funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, private markets, and alternatives. You will collaborate with Wealth Sales leaders, product teams, marketing, sub-advisory partners, and National Accounts colleagues across Sun Life Global Investments.
Key Responsibilities: Execute business development plans for assigned key accounts
Maximize investment product sales across national account firms
Increase fund approvals and recommendations on dealer platforms




Represent account needs on sales and product committees
Manage business development and travel budgets
Requirements: Minimum ten years of investment business experience
Robust mutual fund and segregated fund product knowledge
Financial services sales background and relationship management skills
Knowledge of National Instrument and sales practice guidelines
Strategic planning, influencing, communication, and presentation skills
Apply investment expertise, national account leadership, and relationship management to expand Sun Life Global Investments sales across assigned firms.
