As a Senior Solutions Architect, you advise clients and deal teams from pre-sales through production. You translate business goals into technical requirements, connect Ada’s AI Agent with enterprise systems, and improve automated resolution. Your work spans CRMs, contact centres, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and BI tools.
Key Responsibilities: Own architecture for complex, nonstandard customer solutions
Lead technical deep dives with business and engineering teams
Design integrations using APIs, SDKs, and MCP
Implement POCs and drive solutions into production
Advise Customer Success on strategic accounts
Requirements: Six or more years in customer-facing technical roles
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and authentication
Technical leadership in complex B2B sales cycles
Experience across CRM and contact centre platforms
AI agent or conversational AI experience preferred
