Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Translate business strategy into financial plans and targets
Develop business cases and scenario analyses for decisions
Identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives




Coach teams and build organizational finance capability
Requirements: 10+ years in finance, FP&A;, or business partnership
5+ years leading teams or complex cross-functional initiatives
Experience influencing senior leaders and strategic decisions
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
