Lead strategic growth for emerging verticals at Paramount Commerce, shaping market priorities and revenue across Canada and beyond. Hybrid work includes Thursdays in Toronto. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own emerging vertical strategies from chance identification through lasting revenue contribution. This executive business-building role combines fintech expertise, enterprise selling, product alignment, and cross-functional execution. You will help expand Paramount Commerce beyond historical verticals across adjacent technology and payments markets. Key Responsibilities:

Define and refine 12-, 24-, and 36-month growth plans Evaluate vertical opportunities, business cases, and adjacent revenue streams Own vertical revenue quotas and complete end-to-end deal cycles Build commercial roadmaps across Product, Operations, Marketing,



and Commercial teams Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, operating rhythms, and executive reporting Requirements:

Proven experience as a business unit owner or strategic growth leader Deep expertise in payments, fintech, banking, or adjacent technology Track record exceeding individual or vertical revenue targets Experience growing multi-million-dollar business lines or market expansions Ability to align cross-functional teams around strategic financial objectives Bring strategic leadership, fintech knowledge, enterprise selling, and revenue ownership to Paramount Commerce’s emerging vertical growth.
