and advising

institutional clients , our client is currently seeking a seasoned lawyer with a minimum of five years’ experience in

construction litigation ,

or in civil and commercial litigation , to join its talented and dynamic team. Experience

advising on infrastructure projects , whether in-house or in private practice, will be considered a significant asset.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with

outstanding colleagues , enjoy a high degree of

and play a key role in resolving complex matters, all within a highly

YOUR ROLE:

Advise institutional clients on infrastructure projects;

Draft legal opinions and complex pleadings, particularly in construction litigation matters;

Appear before the courts;

Work on files spanning various areas of civil and commercial litigation, including class actions as plaintiff.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Member in positive standing of the Québec Bar;

Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience in an established law firm;

Experience in construction litigation, a significant asset;

Experience in infrastructure projects, a significant asset;

Strong ability to work independently;

Team-oriented mindset;

Leadership skills and strong priority-management abilities.
