You will manage investigations, quantify losses, analyze coverage, and support customer service. Key Responsibilities: Set fieldwork expectations and timelines for independent adjusters
Manage claim files through investigation, adjustment, and completion
Prepare file strategies, coverage analyses, dispositions, and business cases
Review reports, policies,



estimates, and technical information
Communicate adjustments, issue payments, and complete correspondence
Requirements: Minimum 15 years of commercial property claims experience
Manage complex losses exceeding $5,000,000 consistently
Detailed property insurance and case law knowledge
Robust construction knowledge and digital literacy
Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills
