Lead Service and Parts operations at Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore, using automotive management and financial oversight to strengthen dealership results.
As a senior leader, you will report to the General Manager and guide Service, Parts, and Assistant Service Managers. You will direct fixed operations across profitability, efficiency, customer loyalty, staffing, budgets, KPIs, and Toyota standards. Familiarity with the Toyota Production System and Lean thinking is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities: Coach managers and align Service and Parts teams
Set targets, KPIs, benchmarks, and operating plans
Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and departmental results
Improve workflow, shop loading, inventory control, and throughput




Resolve responsible customer concerns and strengthen retention
Requirements: Five or more years in senior automotive Fixed Operations management
Experience running large Service and Parts departments
Knowledge of dealer systems, reporting, inventory, and scheduling tools
Understanding of warranty, flat-rate pay, and parts dynamics
Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
Bring fixed operations leadership, financial discipline, and customer focus to Toyota Service and Parts performance.
